Why we exist
Growing companies rarely have a big HR department. They have one or two capable people holding together onboarding, payroll, leave and reviews, often with spreadsheets and a lot of follow-up messages.
Most HR software is either built for large enterprises or built elsewhere and adapted to local rules as an afterthought. We started Mosh to give small HR teams a tool that fits how African businesses actually run, and does the routine work for them.
