Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you (or the company you represent) and Gresh Global Enterprise (RC 9902078), the company behind Mosh HR ("Mosh", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Mosh, you agree to them. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you're allowed to do so.

1. The service

Mosh is an online HR platform for small teams. It includes onboarding, e-signing, an AI HR Copilot, employee records, payroll calculations, leave, appraisals, KPIs and related features. Some features may be marked as "rolling out" or "coming soon" and may change before they're released. We improve Mosh often, and we may add, change or remove features. If we remove something important to a paid plan, we'll give reasonable notice.

2. Accounts

  • You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Sign-in uses one-time codes sent to email. Keep access to your email account secure. You're responsible for activity on your company's account.
  • Account owners and admins decide who in their company can access Mosh and what they can see.

3. Free trial

New companies get a 30-day free trial for up to 10 employees. No card is needed. At the end of the trial, you'll need to choose a paid plan to keep using Mosh. Your data stays in your account for at least 30 days after the trial ends, so you can upgrade without losing anything.

4. Plans and billing

  • Paid plans are billed in Naira, monthly or annually, in advance, through our payment provider Flutterwave.
  • Each plan covers a band of employees. If your team grows past your band, you'll be asked to move to the next plan.
  • Prices exclude VAT where VAT applies.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of any price change, and it won't affect a period you've already paid for.
  • If a payment fails, we may limit access until it's resolved.

5. Launch discount

For a limited time, new paying customers get 20% off their first paid month on monthly billing, or 20% off their first paid year on annual billing. The discount applies once per company, can't be combined with other offers, and normal pricing applies from the next billing period. We may end the offer at any time, but it won't affect customers who already received it.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings or by emailing [email protected]. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund partial periods unless the law requires it. You can export your data before you leave. After cancellation we delete or anonymise account data as described in our privacy policy.

7. Your data

You own the data you and your staff put into Mosh. You give us permission to host and process it only to provide and support the service. You're responsible for having a lawful basis to add your employees' data to Mosh and for telling them how it's used. We act as your data processor and handle that data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and our privacy policy.

8. Payroll and compliance

Mosh calculates PAYE, pension, NHF and related deductions based on current Nigerian rules and the information you provide. You remain responsible for checking payroll before you pay staff, for filing and remitting taxes and contributions, and for following employment law. Mosh is a software tool and does not give legal, tax or accounting advice. AI-generated content, such as onboarding checklists and Copilot answers or drafts, should be reviewed before use. Electronic signatures collected through Mosh are records of agreement between you and your staff; you are responsible for using them where they are legally valid.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Break any law or anyone's rights through Mosh.
  • Upload malware, or try to access data or accounts you're not allowed to.
  • Reverse engineer, copy or resell Mosh, or use it to build a competing product.
  • Overload or disrupt the service, or scrape it with automated tools.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and we'll tell you why unless the law stops us.

10. Our intellectual property

Mosh, its design, code, logo and brand belong to Gresh Global Enterprise. These terms don't give you any rights in them apart from using the service. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely to improve Mosh.

11. Liability

We work hard to keep Mosh available and accurate, but it's provided "as is" and we can't promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

12. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith. If they can't be resolved, they'll go to the courts of Lagos State. We may update these terms. For important changes we'll give account holders at least 30 days' notice by email. Continuing to use Mosh after that means you accept the new terms.
